1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the website gdb333.bet and all related subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services operated by gdb333.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access gdb333 services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account wallet, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation requested by gdb333 to verify a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of gdb333 is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use gdb333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering a single account in your own true name and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on gdb333 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of gdb333 or any of its associated entities.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the platform.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. gdb333 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close an account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. You must notify gdb333 promptly if any of your account details change.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform, including OTP verification, where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify gdb333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.
• Not allow any other person — including family members — to access or use your account.

gdb333 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication claiming to be from gdb333 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

gdb333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• gdb333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• Accounts that have completed full identity verification receive priority withdrawal processing, with most requests completed within 30 minutes.
• gdb333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity triggers our fraud-prevention procedures.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be subject to an administration review.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

gdb333 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household address, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• gdb333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other accounts.
• Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion.

• Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed using real-money wagers on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, crash, and sports betting may contribute at a different rate as specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

gdb333 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event covered by the gdb333 sportsbook.
• Chargebacks, payment fraud, or any attempt to reverse legitimate deposits after related winnings have been withdrawn.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any conduct that gdb333 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, gdb333 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold any balance pending investigation. gdb333 may report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gdb333 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of content — is the property of gdb333 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of gdb333.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdb333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered therein.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gdb333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

gdb333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Delays or failures in electronic communications or internet connectivity.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any third-party software, content, or services linked to or integrated within the platform.

In all cases where gdb333 is found liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

gdb333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal order or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed by gdb333 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. gdb333's decision in such matters is final.

11 Amendments to These Terms

gdb333 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gdb333 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gdb333 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. gdb333 will use reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may pursue their legal remedies as permitted under applicable law.

In the event of a discrepancy between any translation of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
